How do WeatherX earplugs work?
Inside the soft, hypoallergenic silicone exterior is a built-in ceramic filter designed to slow down barometric pressure shifts before they reach the middle ear. Because rapid changes can trigger migraines, WeatherX earplugs help minimize these triggers. Additionally, the free WeatherX app monitors barometric pressure forecasts and notifies you when it’s recommended to wear the earplugs to help prevent migraines.
Who should use WeatherX earplugs?
Anyone who suffers from migraines and suspects that weather or barometric pressure shifts may play a role in triggering them.
When should I use WeatherX earplugs?
Ideally, put them in before a predicted pressure shift— or as soon as the WeatherX app alerts you (with a 1-hour prior notification). Some users also wear them at the first sign of migraine symptoms. Your ideal usage may vary, so find what works best for you.
What materials are WeatherX earplugs made from?
The exterior of WeatherX earplugs is soft, hypoallergenic silicone. Inside the earplug is a sensitive micro-ceramic filter which helps moderate barometric pressure shifts.
How do WeatherX earplugs fit?
WeatherX is designed to fit comfortably for adults. A smaller size is also available. Our recommendation is for the earplugs to have a snug fit, when inserted in your ear.  If you happened to buy a size that doesn’t suit you, please let us know and we’ll work out a way to get you the other size!*

What is the noise reduction rating of WeatherX earplugs?
WeatherX earplugs have a 20 dB noise reduction rating.
How long should I wear a pair of WeatherX earplugs before replacing?
For optimal performance, use one pair of WeatherX over a two-week period.
Why do I need to replace earplugs every 2 weeks?
We recommend replacing your WeatherX earplugs every two weeks to keep the filter functioning properly. Once opened, particles can build up in the micro-ceramic filter and reduce its effectiveness.

What comes with each subscription?
For $99 (6 months), you receive 15 pairs: that’s a fresh pair every two weeks, plus two extra pairs for early replacement or if you misplace one.

For $149 (12 months), you receive 30 pairs; a new pair for every two weeks, plus four additional pairs.

Either plan will unlock the Premium features of the App forever, even if you cancel after 1 shipment.

Also included is a WeatherX-branded cotton bag (for convenient storage of your earplugs) and a keychain earplug case (for a pair to use on-the-go). 
What are the premium app features I get with a product subscription?
Subscribers unlock the WeatherX+ section, which offers a migraine log function. Record each migraine and its severity, and the app will help identify trends linked to barometric pressure changes over time.
How do I buy a product subscription?

What else comes in the subscription box?

How do I cancel my subscription?
Canceling WeatherX+ is hassle-free. Go to https://cirrushealthcare.com/a/subscriptions/login, access your account, and follow the steps to cancel. You can also contact our customer service team for support.
Do you offer refunds on the subscription?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or take returns for subscription orders. We suggest you order a single pair of WeatherX first, to determine whether WeatherX is part of your migraine prevention toolkit.
When will I receive access to WeatherX+ premium app features?
When you receive your physical order in the mail, within your Subscriber Box, there will be a postcard with a 6-digit code. To activate your WeatherX+ premium app features, input your 6-digit code (after logging in) within the WeatherX+ tab of the WeatherX app.

Where can I download the WeatherX app?
Download the free WeatherX app on the Apple App Store and on Google Play.
How does the WeatherX app work?
The WeatherX app forecasts barometric pressure changes and sends you a notification when there is a sizable shift in barometric pressure.
Where do I find alerts in the WeatherX app?
Your current alerts will populate on the WeatherX app’s home tab. For more information on upcoming (and past) barometric data, select thtab. Alerts should also be sent to your phone via push notification at a specific time, as set in your tab under the Notifications heading.
I just received an alert in the app, when do I put in my WeatherX earplugs?
Be sure to insert your earplugs before the shift in pressure - this information can be found in the app's data section.

Keep in mind that every migraine sufferer can have a different approach on when to insert WeatherX earplugs. Some put them in hours ahead of any shift, while others put them in right before the shift starts. We recommend that you keep a migraine diary of your approach; that way, you can narrow down which approach best helps you minimize the effects of a weather change.
How do I gain access to the WeatherX+ migraine log feature?
WeatherX+ migraine log feature is available exclusively to WeatherX+ subscriptions. Even if you cancel your subscription after 1 shipment, you will have ongoing access to the WeatherX+ features within the WeatherX app.

Is there free shipping?
All WeatherX orders include free shipping within the US. There will be a shipping fee for deliveries to countries outside the US.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.
What is the WeatherX guarantee?
Receive a hassle-free refund on orders for WeatherX 1 or 2 pair variations. To do so, email help@cirrushealthcare.com.

We cannot offer returns or refunds on WeatherX 6 or 12-month subscription options, due to the nature of how the earplugs are packed. We recommend you try one pair first, to see if WeatherX is right for you!
